Baird, of Bismarck, North Dakota, as Receiver of the Menoken Farmers State Bank of Menoken, North Dakota, to the creditors of said insolvent bank and to all persons having claims against said insolvent bank to exhibit them and file them with the necessary vouchers, with the undersigned receiver at his office at Bismarck, within four months after the first publication of this notice. If said claims are not so filed, they will be barred from any participation in any dividends which may be paid by the Receiver from the assets of said insolvent hank." Dated February 20th, 1924. L. The Depositors Guaranty Fund is now paying a ten per cent dividend on guaranteed deposits in banks officially closed between January 1st and June 30th, inclusive, 1924: the only bank in Burleigh County included in this list is: MENOKEN FARMERS STATE BANK; claims of depositors must be allowed by\the receiver before they can be considered by the Commission: this notice is pursuant to Section 21, Chapter 200, Session Laws 1923. Forms and instructions for preparation of claims of depositors against the Depositors Guaranty Fund will be found at every State bank. Bismarek. June 30, 1937. A ten per cent dividend to creditors of the Menoken Farmers Bank will be paid by P A O'Keefe, district manager, at Bismarck. A previous dividend of twenty per cent already has been paid. A first dividend of 10 per cent will be paid to creditors of the State Bank of Bowman, also by O'Keefe and a fiften per cent dividend will be paid to creditors of the Farmers State Bank of Hoople by C. W. Conroy, dis trict manager at Devils Lake.

Creditors of Shut Banks Get Money Dividend payments to creditors of three closed banks were announced today by L. R. Baird, state bank receiver. A ten per cent dividend to creditors of the Menoken Farmers' Bank will be paid "by P. A. O'Keefe, district manager at Bismarck. A previous dividend of 20 per cent already has been paid. A first dividend of 10 per cent will be paid to creditors of the State Bank of Bowman, also by O'Keefe, and a 15 per cent dividend will be paid to creditors of the Farmers State Bank of Hoople by C. W. Conroy, district manager at Devils Lake.
