VIBORG BANK CLOSED Viborg, Sept. 17.—The Farmers State Guaranty bank here did not open for business here Wednesday, having been closed by order of the board of directors. While this is the first event of this kind in Viborg's history there was no attempt made to make a run on the other bank, the First National, and it is thought in some quarters efforts to liquidate the closed bank will be successful. Automobile grade crossing fatalities in the United States were reduced from 2,485 in 1929 to 2,020 in 1930—18.8 percent.
