NOTICE OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE SALE Whereas C. L. Gosney as mortgagor, did on the 30th day of December, 1930, make his certain chattel mortgage dated on said day, on the following described chattels, to-wit: 1 red cow. 1 red cow. 1 red cow, with white head. 1 red cow, with white head. 1 red heifer, with white face, 11 months old. 1 red heifer, 11 months old. 1 dark red heifer calf, with white face, 2 months old. 1 red heifer calf, 4 months old. 1 red steer calf, 5 months old. to L. R. Baird, as Receiver of the Emmons County State Bank of Braddock, N. Dak., as mortgagee, to secure the payment of the sum of Twenty-two Hundred ($2200.00) Dollars, on which there is due at the date of this notice the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty ($1250.00) Dollars; And Whereas, Default has been made in the terms of said mortgage by the non-payment of said debt. Now, Therefore, Notice is hereby given that by virtue of said mortgage, and by order of L. R. Baird, as Receiver of the Emmons County State Bank of Braddock, N. Dak., the present owner thereof, the undersigned will sell the above described chattels at the front door of the Post Office in the Village of Sterling, in the County of Burleigh and State of North Dakota, at the hour of Two o'clock P. M. of the 5th day of August, 1932, to satisfy the debt secured by said mortgage and the interest thereon and the costs and expenses of sale, and Attorney's fees as provided by law.
