SAID SALE WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: The notes, claims, judgments, obligations, real estate, and items of personal property above described will first be offered for sale separately, and will then be offered for sale as a whole, and if amount bid in the aggregate for said property when offered separately exceeds amount bid for the whole then the property will be sold separately and otherwise will be sold as a whole. The sale or sales in either instance will be subject to the approval of the Bank Commissioner of the State of Kansas, and the District Court of Greenwood County, Kansas, and the undersigned Receiver reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted. Any sale or sales will convey all right, title and interest of said Bank in and to the property sold, but will be based upon the books and records of said Bank and is believed to be accurate, but is not guaranteed. The sale will be conducted by and through M. H. Irons, as Assistant Receiver in active charge of the liquidation of said Bank, who has the notes and securities listed hereon in his possession at Climax, Kansas, and any prospective bidder may verify any of the amounts or notes listed hereon by calling at his office in Climax, Kansas. A list of the assets to be sold may also be obtained at the office of Chas. W. Johnson, Banking Department, Topeka, Kansas.
