It is under the state guaranty law. Harveyville is in Wabaunsee county. thirty-five miles southwest of Topeka. Dennis May Be Rearrested if Freed. M'ALESTER. OK., 14.-Should Governor Trapp today remit the $10.000 fine imposed Fred Dennis, former state bank commissioner, when he pleaded guilty a year ago to a charge of conspiracy. he probably will be rearrested as he leaves the prison.
