CHANCERY COURT BUSINESS. Chancellor and Lawyers Dispose of Much Business Since Session Convened Monday. Chancellor 0. B. Taylor convened the October term of the Lincoln County Chancery Court last Monday morning. The docket for this term is not long but the Chancellor has passed upon a large amount of business. Alex F. Watkins, Jr. was admitted to the box examination. Mrs. W. B. Jones vs. Merchants and Farmers Bank. In this case Mr. T. H. Perkins was recently appointed receiver of the bank, and now an order is entered authorizing the receiver to accept. a quit to deed to claim and Mrs. the S.
