3 STATE BANKS CLOSE...... OKLAHOMA CITY, March 31.—Failure of three state banks over the week end was reported at the state banking department at the capital today. The banks were the First State at Choteau, capital $10,000, deposits $50,000; Farmers State at Atwood, capital stock $10,000, deposits $34,000, and the Citizens Bank of Carnegie, capital $25,000 and deposits $150,000. Inability to realize upon outstanding farm loans was generally credited as the cause of failure by the department.
