OKMULGEE. Feb. Peo. ple's state bank at Morris, seven miles east of here, failed to open its doors this morning. J. D. Lucas, deputy state bank ex. aminer, said there had been "slow run" on the bank's cash for several weeks. Business men of Morris said they would make an attempt to reorganize the institution. The same bank closed its doors about two years ago but reorganized shortly afterwards. The bank was capitalized at $25, 000 and had deposits of more than $100,000.
