RESTRICTION LIFTED FROM 4 Another Bank Given Authority to Allow 15 Per Cent Withdrawals. OKLAHOMA CITY, March 16.β(AP)βAll restrictions were lifted from four more state banks by Bank Commissioner W. J. Barnett today while one bank on which there was a total restriction was given authority to allow 15 per cent withdrawals. The First State bank of Gould which was under total restriction was permitted to open without restrictions. The Sharon State bank, Sharon, which was authorized to pay out 50 per cent, was directed to do unrestricted business. Restrictions also were removed from the Oklahoma State bank of Buffalo and the Freedom State bank of Freedom, both of which had been on the five per cent withdrawal list. Boynton Bank Widened The State bank of Boynton, which had been totally restricted, was allowed to go on a 15 per cent withdrawal basis. Restrictions on the Barnsdall State bank, Barnsdall, were increased from 15 to 20 per cent. Corrected figures announced today by Bank Commissioner Barnett indicated that of 253 federal reserve non-members in the state, 164 were being allowed to operate without restrictions; 21 under the old moratorium plan; 577 under restrictions.
