CARROLLTON, Mo., July 17.-Yesterday morning an application was made before Judge Rucker to have a receiver appointed for the Bank of Norborne, at Norborne, Mo., and one for the Carroll county bank, at DeWitt, Mo. J. L. Minnis was appointed receiver for the former and I. R. Brown for the latter. This makes three bank failures in this county in two weeks.
