JONES, Assignee, vs. GLENN L. HARKER, KATHERINE HARKER AND A. BETTWY, Defendants. No. 2810 NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE At 2:00 P. M., April 19th, 1938, at the front door of the Santa Cruz County Court House, Nogales, Arizona, I will offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash real estate as follows: The Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 23 South, Range 14 East, G. & S. R. B. & M., Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof upon a judgment obtained on April 30, 1935, in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in and for the County of Santa Cruz by Y. C. White, as State Superintendent of Banks in Arizona and Ex-officio Receiver of the Sonora Bank and Trust Company against Glenn L. Harker, Katherine Harker and A. Bettwy. The judgment, now owned by A. E. Jones, was in the original amount of $652.84 to bear interest from the date thereof at the rate of six per cent per annum, plus $20.40 costs and plus accruing costs.
