TO COLLECT COUNTY FUNDS GREAT FALLS, Jan. 10.โ€”C. H. Sands, Paul Graves, L. M. Lerburg, the Security State Bank of Devon and E. V. Day, receiver, are named as defendants in suit filed in district court Wednesday by the Aetna Casualty & Surety company for judgment to recover on $5000 of Toole county deposits in the bank, and which were guaranteed by the casualty company under the terms of an indemnity contract. Judgement is sought for $5000, $750 attorneys' fee and costs.
