(Tribune's Helena Bureau) Helena, Jan. 29.β€”In an opinion handed down Tuesday the supreme court affirms the judgment of the district court of Liberty county in the appeal case of Harvey D. Price and wife against O. G. Skystead, as receiver of the Farmers State Bank of Havre. The action was instituted to remove a cloud from the title to real property in Liberty county, which had been foreclosed under a mortgage given to the Havre bank, afterward assigned to a Spokane bank, in whose name the foreclosure proceedings were originally instituted, and which subsequently retransferred its interests to the Havre bank.

ASK COURT TO END RECEIVERSHIP OF FARMERS BANK Havre, Mont.-The district court is asked to immediately order O. G. Skystead, receiver of the Farmers State bank to sell the assets of that institution and close up the receivership, in a petition filed by the Fidelity and Deposit company of Maryland and the Maryland Casualty company of Baltimore, two of the bank's creditors. Hearing on the petition has been set for May 13. In the petition it is alleged that according to a report of the state examiner assets of the bank are worth approximately $25,772.38 of which sum about $12,000 is in cash. HAVRE BANK PAYS $20,000.00 DIVIDEND An eight percent dividend, totalling $20,000, has been paid to the creditors of the Farmers State Bank of Havre, according to C. W. Erskine, receiver. This will be the second payment since the institution closed in 1921. It is understood a number of the bank's former depositors are farmers.
