Helena, Aug. 26.—(AP)—Creditors of the defunct Farmers' State Bank of Westby, Sheridan county, will be paid a 10 per cent dividend tomorrow, amounting to $5,998.28, H. H. Cloy, assistant chief liquidating officer for the state banking department, said today.
