Will Reopen Bank-Receiver Bob Ross of the Sumatra State Bank, is of the opinion that he will be ready to throw the doors of his banking institution open for business by May first. He has made application to the superintendent of state banks for permission to reopen the bank and there is no doubt but that his request will be granted. The bank was closed voluntarily about one year ago. Local friends of Bob trust that nothing will prevent him from getting his bank to functioning at the earliest possible date.-Ingomar Independent.

Sumatra Bank Again Live One Local people will appreciate the news that the Sumatra State Bank again opened its doors for business last Saturday. Due to the business sagacity and foresight of Cashier R. L. Ross this is one tank that closed its doors in time to save its depocitors a vast amount of money and also left the institution in shape for a more ready resumption of business. It is freely stated by those informed on matters of banking that the depositors of this bank will realize fully on their deposits on or before the three-year period for which they signed up to allow their deposits to remain. It is highly complimentary to the Sumatra community and to "Bob" Ross that this bank is again a going institution, and it is to be hoped that all concerned will use every precaution against "rocking the boat,' that it may have every advantage in recovering its oldtime confidence. The bank in question long enjoyeed a local confidence that will doubtless result in the placing with it again of Melstone accounts.
