NAME BANK RECEIVER Special to The Tribune. Circle, March 27.—O. A. Moxness, formerly cashier of the First State Bank of Brockway, which closed its doors a few days ago, was appointed receiver by Judge Leiper, who held a term of district court here this week. Moxness' salary was placed at $150 a month. It will take a year or more to get the affairs of the bank straightened out.

WELLIVER APPOINTED RECEIVER BROCKWAY BANK R. L. Welliver, the local abstract man, has been appointed Receiver of the First State Bank of Brockway, by Judge F. P. Leiper. Mr. Welliver was appointed to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of O. A. Moxness, who is leaving for the west coast country, intending to locate out there some place.

Moxness, receiver of the First State bank of Brockway, and cashier of the bank before it closed a year ago, left this week for California. He and his family will drive through in a car, going by way of Seattle. R. L. Welliver of Circle has been appointed receiver in Mr. Moxness' place by Judge Leiper of Glendive.

Moxness house and lots, the house consists of "five rooms and porch, with furnace. The bank building has full basement and furnace. Bids may be made for each building separately or both.
