RAPELJE BANK IS SUSPENDED, REPORT. (BY THE ASSOCIATED PRESS) Billings, Mont., Dec. 13.—Notice was posted on the doors of the Lake Basin State bank at Rapelje today indicating that it had been taken over by the state banking department, according to word received from there. L. L. Gray, the cashier, had no statement to make on the cause of the suspension.
