N. M. BANKER APPREHENDED San Marcial Man Arrested In Coast City on Charge Of Embezzlement By Associated Press LOS LUNAS, N. M., Aug. 25.β€”Missing since 1929 when he disappeared shortly before being charged with embezzlement of $28,000 from the now defunct Bank of San Marcial, N. M., David E. Baca, assistant cashier of the institution, has been arrested in San Diego, Calif., Dist. Atty. Fred Nicholas was advised. The shortage was discovered after the disasterous flood which swept the town.
