Dividend Will Be Paid By Defunct Wilmington Bank (Special to Daily News) Wilmington, Sept. 26.β€”The liquidating agent of the Home Savings bank, which closed in January, resulting in the discovery of a shortage of $186,000 in its accounts, tonight announced that a dividend of 10 per cent will be paid to depositors within the next two weeks. Jesse F. Roache, vice president and cashier of the bank, and M. Douglass Clarke, assistant cashier, were convicted on false entry charges and are now serving terms in state's prison.
