On December 31, 1924, capital of the bank was given as $203,997 and surplus as $77,188. Deposits were: time (savings), $839,697; demand (commercial), $524,971, a total of $1,364,669. A large item of assets was real estate, which totaled $1,290,633, nearly half of the aggregate of $2,700,977. Other items were demand loans, $323,977, and time loans, $784,852. Cash on hand was given as $75,705. Colorado Bank Closed FORT COLLINS, Colo., May 4.βThe Farmers' Bank and Trust Company, of Fort Collins, failed to open today, by order of the board of directors. The bank's deposits last December were $312,846.
