NOTICE OF SALE In the district court of the Fifth judicial district of the state of Idaho, in and for Power county. First National Bank of Pocatello, Idaho, a corporation, plaintiff. vs. George Iverson (sometimes known as George H. Iverson); Hans Iverson; B. W. Iverson (sometimes known as Benjamin William Iverson); Willie H. Liljenquiest; J. N. Ireland & Company, Bankers, a corporation; George D. McClintock, special deputy and receiver of the Stockgrowers Bank & Trust Company, of Pocatello, Idaho a defunct banking corporation; Bistline Lumber Company, a co-partnership composed of J. B. Bistline, Claud Bistline, and Jean Bistline, as firm members, defendants. Under and by virtue of a decree of foreclosure and order of sale issued out of the above entitled court wherein the above named plaintiff obtained judgment and decree of foreclosure against the above named defendants, on the 4th day of February, 1924, for the total sum of $2,430.83 and under and by virtue of a writ of execution in foreclosure issued out of the above
