Harvey H. Hutton, Stella Hutton, John F. Sinclair Company, a Corporation, D. Case, Receiver of John F. Sinclair Company, Corporation, First State Bank of Kremlin, a Corporation, C. W. Erskine, Receiver of the First State Bank of Kremlin, a Corporation, Hill County, a Municipal Corporation and B. L. Monahan, Defendants.
